Biographical Sketch My name is Summer Lopez and, when I am not writing poetry or traveling, I am a consultant for non-governmental organizations in Ghana. I grew up in Southern California and graduated from Harvard in 1999 with a degree in English and American Literature. I taught in Cairo, Egypt for 3 years after graduation and moved to Accra, Ghana last year to work in the field of women's health and girls' education. |
