Song of Moses Who would not be Job

I went to Egypt
with a mountain on my back
a pyramid in my pocket
    and an untamed cat
Who is this animal?
Where is he going to?
I saw him in the trees
He is who I love

I went to Egypt
with an angel and a horse
Out of the sea
the blue cat calls to me
Who is this mischief?
Where is it calling me?
The sun fell from my eye and onto the grass

I went to Egypt
    and I heard a voice
Was it he who I love?
Will you please speak to me?
And constantly,
like it were some sort of madness
I work out Genesis~
                            again~
                                    and again
